ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE
Thank goodness it is warm and the kids can play outside while I attempt to make our house livable! Chalk has saved my life today :)
ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY
Today we stopped by the stadium to check out our seats and see where Daddy is going to be spending an awful lot of time this fall.
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY NINE
On our way home from celebrating Dad we stopped in Lake George to visit some awesome friends. On day two it rained so we explored Fort Ticonderoga (I have no idea if I am spelling that right.. but you get the picture).
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN
Hiked to the top of Poke-O-Moonshine today with our family to scatter Dad's ashes. He joins our Pop watching over this spectacular view.
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX
Heading out with my sis this weekend to celebrate Dad. First stop is Wynantskill NY to meet up with both sides of the fam and all their BBQing goodness.

ONE HUNDRED SIXTY ONE
While our walls are drying a trip to Ikea fit the bill for today! Kids are all shopped out and E doesnt think we will make it home in the car with this haul. I drove behind him the whole way praying, but we made it!!! Now to spend the next month putting all of this together!
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY
Well what are we to do while we wait for our things? Lets paint! Always wished we had done it in our old house so I let the kids pick out a paint color for their room (with guidance of course) and we got to work! Not sure the kids did much "helping"... I would call it more of a mess making, but we had fun!
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE

ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR
We have driven by this Nesting Doll store a bunch of times and I have been dying to go in. Today we did, and it is solo cute! Alana chose s nesting doll that looks like Elsa from Frozen and Liam chose a little red girl. I tried for about 30 minutes to persuade him to get a pirate, but after opening probably 15 dolls (the lady wanted to kill him) he finally found one that he liked. He said the tiniest doll had a pretty face and thats why he liked it... not sure what that says about him, but I was just happy to finally pay before the lady asked us to leave! HAHA
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE
We went to a cute little farm near Mom's house today with one of my best friends and her kids. I bought her son an ice pop...aaaaaand... I'm pretty sure she us going to kill me! haha
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO
YayYa is a saint for letting us stay with her! This is what the kids have done to her closet today :/ ..oops
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY ONE
Hit up the Fishkill Farmers Market today! Got something pretty for us and something tasty for Daddy to enjoy when he gets to NY in a few days!!
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
Heard some giggling in the kitchen while I was folding clothes in the bedroom and found this. SHOCKING... they were playing together, having fun, and all on their own. Its these sweet moments that get me through the days when they are fighting non-stop.
ONE HUNDRED FORTY NINE
While we are waiting for our West Point housing we have been staying with YayYa (thanks Ma)! For all of you that know and love her, she is a neat freak. After every shower we have to use this squeegee (sp?) to get the water off the walls and glass.... I hate it... the kids... LOVE it! Who knew?
ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT
Heading home from the city! Both kids are passed out on me and we are chugging by our next home West Point :) looking forward to moving into our house and getting settled!
